Runaway Bay Tavern is looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our leadership team. With a large gaming room, sports bar, bistro and strong local following, this is an opportunity to build your management experience in one of the Gold Coast's well-established hospitality venues.

Immediate interviews available with a planned start date in early August.

About You

• Previous leadership experience in a pub, tavern or licensed venue

• Current RSA and RSG

• Gaming, TAB and Keno experience highly regarded

• Strong people leadership and customer service skills

• Ability to lead busy shifts and support team performance

• Hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality
