Electrical BIM Modeler (Site Project Team)

Role Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented Electrical BIM Modelers to support digital engineering delivery for a major healthcare development project. You will play a vital role in generating accurate 3D M&E models, resolving trade clashes, and supporting shop drawing production.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and manage 3D BIM/Revit models for electrical services (Power, Lighting, Cable Trays, Low Voltage systems).

• Perform clash detection analysis and work with site engineers to resolve interdisciplinary M&E clashes.

• Generate coordinated shop drawings, as-built drawings, and documentation from BIM models for consultant approval.

• Maintain BIM model integrity and compliance with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP).

Requirements

• Specialist Diploma / Diploma in BIM, Building Services, or Electrical Engineering.

• Proven experience in Electrical BIM modeling using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.

• Prior experience working with M&E specialist contractors or BIM consultancy firms (e.g., Acelpl/specialist setup exposure preferred).

• Comfortable with a 6-day work week site schedule (comes with an enhanced salary package).
