Enablement Manager, Global Investigators
This role will build a structured Global Investigator onboarding program, create commercial capability playbooks, produce product-launch training materials, measure program outcomes, and design opportunity handoff workflows with CS and Sales. The position connects GI leadership, PMM, Product, and Sales while using AI to accelerate content development, personalize learning, and analyze ramp and commercial impact.
Responsibilities
- Build and launch a structured Global Investigator onboarding program within 90 days.
- Create commercial capability playbooks covering signal identification, customer expansion language, and opportunity handoffs.
- Produce GI-specific training materials aligned with product launches.
- Build analytics systems tracking ramp time, content adoption, and commercial contribution.
- Partner with CS and Sales to improve GI-to-AE opportunity handoffs and pipeline quality.
- Connect GI leadership, PMM, Product, and Sales to align enablement with field needs and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- Experience onboarding or enabling technical, mission-oriented, or practitioner audiences with measurable outcomes.
- Direct experience in law enforcement, intelligence, financial crime, compliance, or adjacent mission-driven environments.
- Ability to design commercial skills programs for non-sales practitioners.
- AI-native approach to content development, analytics, and program iteration.
- Experience operating independently in ambiguous, build-from-scratch environments.
- Strong content development skills producing immediately usable field training.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with CS, Sales, PMM, Product, and senior leadership.
