The ideal candidate will have strong communication and team-building skills, a deep understanding of assembly processes, supplier management, and a forward-thinking mindset. The candidate should also possess hands-on CAD experience to effectively guide the team in supporting existing products and managing technical designs. As Engineering Manager, you will lead the team in identifying opportunities for innovation and next-generation product development.
