Job Description
- Lead And Manage A Team Of Engineers In Developing And Implementing Mine Plans
- Ensure Safety, Efficiency, And Profitability Of Mining Operations Through Optimized Coal Extraction
- Develop Detailed Mine Designs, Scheduling, And Cost Estimates Using Advanced Computer Modeling Software
- Manage Budgets, Timelines, And Resources, And Communicate Progress And Issues To Senior Management
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in mining engineering or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in mine planning and/or operations
- Proficiency in advanced computer modeling software for mine planning and design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
