Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing mentorship and guidance to foster their professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment are followed.
- Drive the implementation of engineering processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and quality.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
