IS&T Asia Pacific (APAC) brings together all IS&T functions across the Asia Pacific region, partnering with global leadership to deliver key programs at a regional level. The team works closely with APAC business and sales teams, providing real-time visibility into how IS&T systems and tools are performing across the region.

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives across engineering, compliance, business, product, and operations teams with a focus on engineering execution, compliance governance, audit readiness, and operational controls. In this role, you will drive high-impact programs from concept through delivery, partnering closely with engineering leaders, product owners, business stakeholders, and regional teams. You will bring structure to ambiguity, align teams around clear priorities, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure delivery of compliant, scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.

This is a role for someone who can operate comfortably at both strategic and execution levels: able to engage senior leaders on roadmap, governance, and trade-offs, while also diving deep into technical details, project plans, risks, milestones, and operational readiness.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 8+ years of relevant experience in software and program management.
• Strong software project management skills with experience leading large, multi-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives.
• Proven track record of managing programs end-to-end, from initial design through launch, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of product development processes, with the ability to drive projects forward with precision, creativity, and collaboration.
• Proficiency in leveraging Generative AI tools and LLMs to streamline program management workflows, including technical documentation, automated status reporting, and data synthesis.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken), with the ability to effectively communicate with local stakeholders, regional teams, and global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with regulatory compliance, internal audit, external audit, personal data protection, data localization, data governance, controlled technology environments, regulatory reporting, post-approval continuous compliance and audit .
• Proven experience driving and delivering critical, end-to-end (E2E) project features across the company, collaborating effectively with multiple cross-functional teams.
• Adept at leveraging data from diverse sources to generate insights and make informed decisions that guide program direction.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting to executive leadership and influencing key stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower teams, foster collaboration, and maintain momentum in fast-paced, often ambiguous environments.
• Technical curiosity and willingness to actively engage in technical discussions with engineering partners, including initiatives involving customer-facing Generative AI on-device or in the cloud.
• Demonstrated experience shipping consumer & distributed system software at scale serving millions of users.
• Solid understanding of Apple operating systems, including iOS, macOS, iPadOS, and watchOS, with the ability to build experiences that delight users.
