Enterprise Account Executive, Japan | FSI
Join Dataiku's Japan team as an Enterprise Account Executive focused on financial services. Engage banks, insurers, asset managers, and other financial institutions on data and AI initiatives, own the full sales cycle, and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Educate financial services customers on Dataiku's value in regulatory, risk, and data contexts.
- Drive revenue through proactive outreach to existing and prospective financial services customers.
- Provide tailored recommendations for fraud detection, risk modelling, regulatory reporting, and customer analytics use cases.
- Manage multiple financial services accounts across different stages of the buying cycle.
- Develop C-level vision alignment with executives across Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Operations.
- Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles in highly regulated financial institutions.
- Handle inbound customer communication and escalate security, compliance, legal, and technical inquiries appropriately.
- Represent the financial services customer and feed insights into product and go-to-market improvements.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of enterprise software field sales experience with a strong financial services track record.
- Deep understanding of the financial services landscape in Japan, including key players, buying behavior, and regulatory environment.
- Experience selling data, AI, analytics, or related innovation concepts to large financial institutions.
- Ability to develop vision alignment and build champions across business and technology stakeholders.
- Ability to articulate competitive positioning in the financial services data and AI market.
- Domain expertise in big data, analytics, data science, BI/DW, or data integration, ideally applied to financial services use cases.
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills for complex stakeholder environments.
- Adaptability, growth mindset, and comfort working in a fast-moving innovative company.
