Company Overview

A fast-growing, Series A fintech company is building the modern operating system for finance.

The company is transforming the traditional $220B+ ERP market with an AI-native financial platform built from the ground up. Its technology automates accounting workflows from data entry through financial close, enabling real-time close, AI-drafted journal entries and reports, anomaly detection, agentic workflows, and next-day migration.

The company has raised more than $100M from leading venture capital investors and is already trusted by customers ranging from high-growth businesses to publicly traded organizations. With a 100+ person global team and an aggressive growth trajectory, this is an opportunity to join a high-performance environment where ambitious, entrepreneurial individuals are given significant ownership.

About the Role

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help build and scale the company's enterprise sales motion in New York City.

This is a full-cycle enterprise sales role where you will own the entire process from outbound prospecting and discovery through demo, negotiation, and signed contract. The majority of your pipeline will be self-generated, and you will independently run demos of a genuinely complex ERP product.

You will sell to CFOs, controllers, and senior finance leaders across complex enterprise organizations. The product is designed to work alongside existing SAP and Workday infrastructure, allowing customers to modernize their finance operations without requiring a full rip-and-replace migration.

The enterprise sales motion is still being refined, with no defined territories or fully established playbook. This is a seat for a high-performing sales hunter who is comfortable building the motion rather than inheriting one.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from outbound prospecting through discovery, demo, negotiation, and signed contract
  • Generate the majority of your own pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting
  • Run compelling demos of a complex ERP product with minimal Solutions Consultant support
  • Sell multi-stakeholder enterprise deals to CFOs, controllers, and senior finance leaders
  • Develop and execute account and deal strategies across complex enterprise organizations
  • Build relationships with executive-level finance stakeholders
  • Navigate complex sales cycles, negotiations, and procurement processes
  • Help define and refine the enterprise ICP and sales motion
  • Provide actionable prospect insights that influence the product roadmap
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and GTM teams
  • Operate with a high degree of ownership in a rapidly evolving environment

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with meaningful enterprise sales experience
  • Proven track record of closing complex B2B SaaS deals
  • Experience selling to CFO, CTO, or equivalent executive-level buyers
  • Demonstrated success generating your own outbound pipeline
  • Strong hunter mentality and proven ability to prospect into enterprise accounts
  • Ability to independently demo a genuinely complex product without Solutions Consultant support
  • 90%+ quota attainment for each of the last 3 years
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong commercial judgment, ownership, and ability to operate with limited structure
  • Comfortable building a sales motion and ICP rather than inheriting an established playbook
  • Willing and able to work onsite in New York City 5 days per week

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience selling ERP products such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar
  • Experience selling ERP overlay or coexistence solutions rather than pure rip-and-replace products
  • Experience selling software or tooling into large finance organizations
  • Background selling products such as FloQast, Carta, or similar solutions
  • Existing relationships with CFOs, controllers, and senior finance leaders
  • Strong curiosity about finance and accounting

Benefits & Perks

  • $40,000–$55,000 in equity
  • $150,000–$200,000 base salary
  • $150,000–$200,000 uncapped commission
  • $300,000–$400,000 OTE
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • One Medical, Teladoc, Talkspace, and Kindbody support
  • 401(k) and commuter benefits
  • Learning budget for courses, certifications, and language learning
  • AI tools and enablement
  • Flexible PTO with 27 days including public holidays
  • Snacks, drinks, and team events
  • Immigration, permanent residence, and relocation support for New York moves

Interview Process
