Enterprise Account Executive - OGC
The Enterprise Account Executive will develop sales strategies, qualify prospects, present Built's value proposition to executives, build ROI and workflow business cases, and close software agreements in the construction and real estate markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy within the assigned market segment
- Understand prospects' businesses through discovery and qualification
- Present Built's value proposition to C-suite executives and decision-makers
- Qualify prospects and build ROI and workflow business cases
- Progress opportunities through construction-related companies to close software agreements
- Coordinate with executive management and internal teams to ensure a strong client experience and improve processes and products
- Learn the market, decision-makers, products, and value propositions while meeting or exceeding quotas
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience running the full sales cycle of a software solution using a consultative approach
- Enterprise software sales experience, especially in slow-to-adopt or complex verticals
- Understanding of finance or construction industries is a plus
- Demonstrated knowledge or experience regarding back-office operations
- Proven record of exceeding revenue targets
- Strong interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Integrity, work ethic, and sense of ownership
- Comfort working in a high-growth environment
- Must be based in Dallas, Texas, and willing to travel frequently throughout the region and nationally as needed, up to 50%
