Enterprise Account Executive - Public & Private Sector
Act as a trusted advisor to Korean public sector organizations and financial institutions, selling solutions that help national security agencies, law enforcement, regulators, banks, payment processors, and fintechs detect, investigate, and report crypto-exposed risk. Own a country-level enterprise quota, build demand and pipeline in a developing market, navigate complex procurement and buying processes, and partner cross-functionally to shape customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own and exceed an enterprise quota across public and private sector accounts in South Korea.
- Build and manage pipeline from the ground up across national security, law enforcement, regulatory, banking, payment, and fintech segments.
- Establish trusted relationships with Korean intelligence, defence, law enforcement, and financial institution stakeholders.
- Prospect, qualify, and close complex enterprise deals with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Advise customers on compliance, risk, investigations, and security as they enter or expand in crypto.
- Develop Korea-specific go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and sales channels.
- Build customer relationships that drive expansion, renewals, and referrals.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Partner with Solutions, PreSales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- 12+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience selling into Korean financial institutions or government, intelligence, defence, or law enforcement agencies.
- Track record of consistently exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
- Experience closing multi-million-dollar enterprise deals.
- Experience selling compliance, risk, fraud, data, investigations, or security solutions.
- Trusted relationships within Korean financial services or national security and public sector agencies.
- Understanding of Korean public sector procurement, financial services buying processes, and relevant regulations such as FSC, FSS, and KoFIU.
- Experience developing markets or territories from the ground up.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Experience in new business development and strategic account development.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with limited structure.
- Native-level Korean and business-level English fluency.
- Willingness to travel within South Korea.
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency, web3, and blockchain technology is advantageous but not required.
