Enterprise AI Platform Engineer (Claude & Agentic Automation Rollout)

Role Overview

On behalf of our customer, we are seeking an experienced AI Platform Engineer / Architect to lead the strategic configuration, deployment, and optimisation of Enterprise Claude Cowork rollout. This role requires a hands-on practitioner who understands the "under the hood" mechanics of Anthropic’s enterprise ecosystem, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and how to efficiently integrate these tools with their existing N8N automation stack.

You will be responsible for setting up a secure, scalable environment, architecting a centralised skills library, and establishing the monitoring frameworks required to prevent token inefficiencies and "build shops".

Key Responsibilities

• Enterprise Claude Configuration: Set up and manage the customer's Enterprise Claude Cowork environment from day one. Establish robust monitoring, security protocols, access controls, and maximise the advanced enterprise features.
  

• MCP Architecture & Integration: Architect and connect Model Context Protocols (MCPs) tailored to specific corporate use cases. Ensure seamless integration between MCPs and the customer's existing N8N automation workflows.
  

• Centralised Knowledge & Skill Design: Design and deploy a centralised skills library and standardised CLAUDE.md files enterprise-wide. (For example, scaling a centralised brand/PowerPoint skill built by UX team across the entire organisation).
  

• Cost & Token Optimisation: Act as the architectural authority on when to utilise the Claude Code harness versus when to offload scheduled, scripted, or repetitive tasks to more cost-effective, commoditised tooling like N8N.
  

• DevOps & Governance: Partner with the IT and DevOps teams to implement usage monitoring, detect anomalous token spikes, and establish guardrails for thoughtful, enterprise-scale AI consumption.
  

Core Technical Requirements

• Proven Enterprise Claude Experience: Practical, hands-on experience configuring and managing Claude Enterprise environments. Applied, real-world deployment experience of Claude Cowork/Claude Enterprise is required.
  

• Deep MCP Knowledge: Strong understanding of Model Context Protocol architecture, selection, and deployment.
  

• Automation Stack Integration: Demonstrated experience connecting LLM ecosystems with workflow automation platforms, specifically N8N.
  

• System Architecture & Markdown Design: Experience building and managing centralised repository architectures, markdown documentation configurations (CLAUDE.md), and shared enterprise AI skills.
  

• AI DevOps/FinOps: Familiarity with monitoring tools to track LLM usage, token efficiency, and infrastructure costs.
  

Location & Work Arrangement

• Location: Ireland (Republic of Ireland)
  

• Format: Hybrid. This role requires being in the office 3 days a week. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Ireland.
