Enterprise Solutions Engineer - ANZ

Help enterprise customers unlock the potential of ElevenLabs' voice AI platform by architecting tailored solutions, creating technical demonstrations, developing enablement resources, building self-service tools and documentation, and identifying integration patterns that can be standardized and productized.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives on the technical sales process
• Work with customer technical contacts to provide support and architect solutions
• Create technical demonstrations
• Create technical enablement resources
• Build self-service tools and documentation
• Identify integration patterns and features for productization
• Work with product teams to implement productized solutions

Requirements

• Passion for AI and technology
• Experience working with customers
• Strong technical background
• Python proficiency
• Software development knowledge
• Software architecture knowledge
• Knowledge of common integration patterns
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
