Enterprise Solutions Engineer

Work with Account Executives and customer technical contacts to design tailored enterprise solutions. Architect integrations, create technical demonstrations, develop enablement resources, build self-service tools and documentation, and identify integration patterns that can be productized.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to improve the technical sales process
• Support customers and prospective customers with tailored technical solutions
• Architect integrations between customer systems and ElevenLabs solutions
• Create technical demonstrations
• Develop technical enablement resources
• Build self-service tools and documentation
• Identify integration patterns that can be productized

• Customer-facing technical experience
• Python proficiency
• Software development knowledge
• Software architecture knowledge
