Enterprise Solutions Engineer

You will collaborate with Account Executives on the technical aspects of sales, work directly with customer technical contacts, and architect tailored integrations. You will deliver technical demonstrations, create enablement resources and self-service documentation, and identify repeatable integration patterns for productisation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
• Provide bespoke technical support and architect solutions for customers and prospective customers.
• Craft technical demonstrations that communicate the product's value proposition.
• Create technical enablement resources for the sales team.
• Build self-service tools and documentation for customer implementation.
• Identify common integration patterns and features for productisation.

Requirements

• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Strong technical background in architecting integrations between solutions.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns.
• Excellent communication skills adaptable to different audiences.
• Mandarin and English language proficiency.
