Enterprise Solutions Engineer

Scale technical solutions for enterprise customers, support the technical sales process, architect tailored integrations, and create technical demonstrations. Build enablement resources, self-service tools, and documentation, identify reusable integration patterns, and help turn them into product capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
• Provide bespoke support and architect solutions for technical customer and prospective-customer contacts.
• Craft technical demonstrations that communicate the product value proposition.
• Create technical enablement resources for sales.
• Build self-service tools and documentation for customer implementation.
• Identify common integration patterns or features to productize and work with product teams to deliver them.

Requirements

• Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products.
• Experience working directly with customers on technical problems and tailored solutions.
• Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
• Empathy for customers, sales, and product teams.
• Technical background in architecting integrations with existing customer solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
