Enterprise Solutions Engineer - Middle East
Partner with Account Executives and customer technical contacts to design integrations and provide tailored technical support. Create product demonstrations, sales enablement resources, self-service tools, and documentation, and identify repeatable integration patterns that can become scalable product features.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to improve the technical sales process
- Work with customer technical contacts to provide tailored support and architect solutions
- Create technical demonstrations that communicate the product value proposition
- Develop technical enablement resources for the sales team
- Build self-service tools and documentation for customer implementation
- Identify common integration patterns and work with product teams to productize them
Requirements
- Experience working with customers in a technical capacity
- Strong technical background in architecting integrations with existing customer solutions
- Proficiency in Python
- Deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns
- Excellent communication skills adaptable to different audiences
- Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products
- Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled
