Entry Level Event Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Entry Level Event Coordinator to support promotional events, customer engagement, and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, coordinating activities, presenting products and services, and developing valuable event marketing and sales skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events and campaigns.
- Support event setup, operation, and breakdown activities.
- Welcome attendees and engage with prospective customers.
- Present and explain products and services in a friendly, professional manner.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
- Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest and sales.
- Build positive customer relationships and encourage sales opportunities.
- Support individual and team sales goals during events.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, outgoing, and professional attitude.
- Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
- Competitive salary of $35,000 – $39,000 per year
