Entry Level Product Sales (Summer Mountain Bike Series) - PT Seasonal - Mt. Brighton, MI

It's a great time to be a part of Vail Resorts. Mt. Brighton is excited to announce our Summer Mountain Bike Series. We have a summer opportunity for an Entry Product Sales Associate to assist guests in selling lift tickets and passes for our all-new dual slalom course. Mt. Brighton boasts 130 acres serving both winter and summer seasons featuring The Golf Club at Mt. Brighton, Ore Creek Mountain Grill and winter skiing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process product sales while capturing guest data
• Correctly enter all guest data with each transaction
• Effectively communicate with the guest about multiple product types and adapt to product changes and offerings
• Create a fun and professional work experience for coworkers and guests
• Ability to handle high volumes of customer interaction while maintaining excellent customer service
• Professionally assist and resolve guest complaints and concerns
• Perform daily sales and closing procedures with accountability
• Work on a computer with a high efficiency of speed and accuracy
• Participate in resort and departmental trainings
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent - Required
• Must be at least 18 years of age - Required
• Ability to communicate fluently (written and oral) in English - Required
