The Oklahoma City Indian Clinic (OKCIC) is implementing Epic, and we're seeking an experienced Epic Willow Ambulatory Application Analyst to help design, configure, and optimize the pharmacy technology supporting our outpatient pharmacy operations.

In this role, you'll collaborate with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, providers, finance teams, and operational leaders to build workflows that improve medication safety, streamline pharmacy operations, optimize inventory management, and enhance the patient experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Willow Ambulatory software for retail/outpatient pharmacy workflows, dispensing, and prescription labeling
  • Set up and test the Inventory Supply Tracking system for pharmacy supplies, assuming no specialty pharmacy services
  • Build and monitor electronic prescribing (e-prescribing) interfaces, drug database integrations, and medication cross-mapping rules
  • Collaborate with financial teams to maintain pharmacy formulary charging, pricing matrices, and charge router accuracy
  • Execute integrated testing scripts to validate pharmacy ordering workflows alongside outpatient clinical and billing modules
