Events & Marketing (Travel Opportunities, No Experience Needed)

We’re looking for energetic, motivated individuals to join our Events & Marketing team in a fast-paced, people-driven environment. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain real experience in live campaigns, develop practical skills, and grow through structured support and mentorship.
At Royal Organisation, you won’t just be doing marketing and events—you’ll also gain exposure to how teams are built and developed, with opportunities to progress into leadership roles, take on greater responsibility, and even lead campaigns as you grow. Selected individuals may also gain regional travel exposure through campaigns.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support and execute marketing campaigns and event activities
- Represent client brands at events and roadshows
- Engage customers and create strong face-to-face brand experiences
- Work with the team to ensure smooth campaign execution
