EVM Developer Relations Lead

Serve as the primary technical advocate for the EVM ecosystem by creating developer resources, building demo applications, supporting developers through technical channels and workshops, organizing ecosystem events, gathering product feedback, and representing MANTRA at industry events.

Responsibilities

• Act as MANTRA’s EVM technical champion and reduce developer onboarding friction.
• Create tutorials, sample dApps, starter kits, code walkthroughs, and documentation.
• Build and maintain demo applications focused on RWA and DeFi use cases.
• Support developers through forums, social channels, and technical workshops.
• Organize hackathons, workshops, and webinars.
• Relay community feedback to engineering and product teams.
• Represent MANTRA at industry conferences and developer events.
• Build relationships with developers and influencers in the Ethereum ecosystem.

Requirements

• Experience in Developer Relations, Advocacy, or Community roles focused on EVM or Ethereum.
• Strong Solidity expertise.
• Familiarity with Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, and Remix.
• Experience producing technical content and developer resources.
• Experience leading workshops, hackathons, or speaking at industry events.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts.
• Knowledge of blockchain, open source, and community building.
• Experience working across global distributed teams.
