Exchange Operations Analyst

The Exchange Operations Analyst will work with Operations and Quant teams to manage exchange application testing, monitor market prices and spreads, oversee treasury for a quant wallet, report on OKRs, onboard partners, analyze trading metrics, and troubleshoot live-trading issues.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Operations and Quant teams to configure and test the exchange application end-to-end.
• Draft, execute, review, and own test scenarios, test cases, and checklists or process flows.
• Monitor exchange prices and spreads to ensure alignment with global market prices.
• Manage treasury for the quant wallet.
• Prepare and present weekly OKR reports.
• Manage and onboard partners onto the exchange.
• Use trading metrics to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to improve profitability and performance.
• Maintain exchange liquidity and troubleshoot live-trading issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Extensive experience in crypto operations and process optimization.
• More than 2 years of experience in exchange operations.
• Preferably more than 1 year of experience in spot or conversion trading in financial services and/or user operations.
• Good knowledge of operations, including BAU, back administration system management, basic trading knowledge, and market promotion.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with risk management and automation tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
