Job Description

Conduct market research, info collection, collation and analysis of property market performance.
Prepare market reports for updates to internal management and key stakeholders.
Assist in financial modelling for asset-level and portfolio-level projects.
Compile, verify, organise and analyse data of the Company’s properties / assets to consolidate and derive portfolio level statistics.
Present the analysis on the current status of the portfolio and strategic implications for future growth on both micro and macro levels.
Initiate Asset Enhancement initiatives to improve returns on the properties
Manage cost of operations and maintain desired level of property services commensurable with the positioning of the properties
Assist in preparing OPEX / CAPEX budget and manage the annual maintenance / capex expenditure within approved budget
Any other duties assigned

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related studies
Preferably with 2 years’ of relevant experience in Commercial Leasing or Asset Management industry
Good communication and negotiating skills, with a strong networking ability
Have a passion in the Real Estate and Asset Management industry
