Executive Assistant
Serve as a high-impact Executive Assistant and strategic partner to senior leadership by managing complex calendars, prioritizing requests, coordinating meetings and communications, handling sensitive information, writing clear communications and notes, supporting executives’ private and professional needs, and owning projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize requests from across the business and external stakeholders
- Coordinate and execute department meetings and communications
- Handle sensitive information with discretion
- Write clear communications and take detailed notes for engagements
- Support executives in navigating private and professional obligations
- Own and deliver projects and initiatives for the executive team
Requirements
- Experience delivering a high-touch executive support model covering scheduling, travel, communications, records, and reports
- Experience managing sensitive data and maintaining confidentiality in a security-focused environment
- Experience working in multi-time-zone or global settings
- Willingness to work outside usual business hours with a high sense of urgency
- Strong self-management, time management, and organizational skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience using tact, sound business judgment, and prioritizing C-suite schedules
- Preferred: experience in small-to-medium tech startups, event planning, and collaborative Executive Assistant teams
