Executive Assistant

Key
Responsibilities:
- Manage
and optimize the CEO’s calendar, email, and meeting coordination
- Coordinate
complex travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
- Prepare
and edit internal and external correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Track
follow-ups, ensure deadlines are met, and keep the CEO focused on top
priorities
- Liaise
with internal departments and external partners, including legal counsel
and vendors
- Maintain
confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Coordinate
logistics for internal meetings, team events, offsites, and executive
retreats
- Oversee
upkeep of the executive office, coffee bar, and boardroom areas
- Support
general office administration, including printing, filing, supplies, and
courier services
- Greet
and host guests and visitors to the Executive Office
- Conduct
research and gather information to support decision-making
- Assist
with project coordination across business initiatives
- Maintain
and update business contact records, CRM entries, and digital files
- Assist
with special assignments and projects to support the CEO or executive team
Requirements
- 3+
years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar
administrative role
- Exceptional
organizational and time management skills
- Professional-level
written and verbal communication skills
- High
attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Strong
proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- A
high level of integrity, discretion, and reliability
- Valid
driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (required)
