Executive Assistant
Provide comprehensive executive assistant support to the Human Capital Management team in London, with responsibility for senior-level organisation, scheduling, travel, stakeholder coordination, and Learning and Development programme support.
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive diary management using MS Outlook.
- Coordinate complex internal and external meetings, including logistics and guest management.
- Manage scheduling requests and recruiting coordination.
- Arrange domestic and international travel.
- Monitor correspondence and prepare responses or briefing notes.
- Coordinate L&D programmes, workshops, and training sessions.
- Maintain L&D calendars and tracking documentation.
- Support onboarding and induction scheduling.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, reports, and briefing documents.
- Manage invoices, expenses, and travel budgets.
- Support team events and provide broader HCM administrative support.
Requirements
- Extensive Executive Assistant or administrative experience supporting senior leadership or Partner level.
- Undergraduate degree preferred.
- Experience managing complex diaries and schedules across multiple time zones.
- Experience with HCM, People, or Learning and Development functions desirable.
- Familiarity with training programmes, events, or talent initiatives advantageous.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced international environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Teams, and document-sharing tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional organisation, discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
