Executive Assistant
Serve as a point of contact for executives, employees, and external partners; manage calendars and meetings; maintain executive supplies; arrange travel and accommodation; handle confidential matters; draft correspondence; prepare presentations; respond to communications outside normal business hours; and welcome executive guests.
Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact among executives, employees, and external partners
- Manage executive calendars and set up meetings
- Maintain supplies required by the Executive Board
- Arrange travel and accommodation
- Manage sensitive matters confidentially and discreetly
- Draft correspondence for internal announcements and board meetings
- Prepare and manage executive presentations and decks
- Respond to emails, texts, and phone calls outside normal business hours
- Welcome executive guests
Requirements
- Experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Proactive approach
