Executive / Manager, Engagement & Experience (Producer & Trade Communications)
As an Executive / Manager, Engagement & Experience (Producer & Trade Communications) at BCRS Ltd, you will support the planning and execution of communications and engagement for producers, retailers, F&B operators and other trade stakeholders participating in the Beverage Container Return Scheme (BCRS).
The role translates regulatory and operational requirements into clear, timely and actionable communications, helping stakeholders understand what they need to do and where to get support.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute communications for producers, retailers, F&B operators and industry partners.
- Translate Scheme requirements and operational updates into clear, practical communications.
- Maintain a communications calendar around key milestones, deadlines, reminders and changes.
- Ensure consistent messaging across stakeholder touchpoints.
- Manage stakeholder engagement
- Develop and maintain B2B communications and channels
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing, Business or related discipline.
- 3–6 years' experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, public affairs or B2B marketing.
- Highly motivated entry-level candidates or those without prior experience, but who possess strong writing abilities, a willingness to learn, and a keen interest in sustainability, are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Good project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Comfortable working across operational, technical and regulatory subject matter.
- Experience in sustainability, supply chain, retail, government programmes or regulated sectors would be advantageous.
