Executive Recruiter
Own end-to-end executive search processes for C-suite, VP, and Senior Director positions across business functions. Develop search strategies, define role requirements with senior stakeholders, build and use executive networks, manage complex interview processes, deliver a high-touch candidate experience, and communicate compelling value propositions to executive candidates.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end executive searches for C-suite, VP, and Senior Director positions.
- Develop search strategies for critical leadership roles.
- Define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles with founders, board members, and executives.
- Leverage and expand candidate networks.
- Build relationships with executive talent through events and networking.
- Manage complex interview processes and schedules.
- Ensure a high-touch candidate experience.
- Craft and deliver value propositions to executive candidates.
Requirements
- 10+ years of executive search experience.
- At least 4 years focused on technology companies.
- Track record placing C-suite and VP-level executives.
- Deep understanding of data centers, GPUs, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, or related hardware and software technologies.
- Extensive executive talent network in relevant technology and infrastructure industries.
- Experience with venture-backed or private equity-backed startups.
- Understanding of high-growth startup dynamics.
