Export Sales Manager
Job Summary
The Export Sales Manager drives overseas sales and manages distributor partnerships to maximize product value and market growth. This role collaborates cross-functionally to execute sales strategies, enhance brand visibility, and oversee export market operations.
Responsibilities
- Define and achieve annual sales targets in value and volume to ensure consistent market growth
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies with distributors, formalizing plans in a "Sales Calendar"
- Identify, develop, and manage agents and distributors to optimize market penetration and operational efficiency
- Conceptualize and implement sales initiatives and promotional campaigns aligned with market seasonality
- Organize and lead 2–3 annual market visits, product launches, and training sessions per market
- Monitor accounts receivable, identify sales risks, and track channel inventory sell-through rates
- Facilitate bi-annual roundtable meetings with distributors to drive market development and uncover growth opportunities
- Collaborate with distributors on consumer care strategies to expand market reach and strengthen distribution channels
- Communicate strategic directions from senior management to distributors and internal teams
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of export sales experience, preferably in TV, IT, or consumer electronics, including distributor management

- Strong relationship management skills across multiple organizational levels
- Results-oriented with commercial acumen and insight into regional consumer trends
- Proven ability to independently manage sales objectives, prioritize tasks, and plan effectively
