Responsibilities

• Create daily static images, carousels, and short-form video content across social accounts.
• Build AI-powered workflows to automate and scale content production while maintaining quality.
• Track views, engagement, saves, and shares across accounts and niches.
• Research new niches, trending platform formats, and content angles.
• Optimize content using performance data by scaling winning formats, ending weak approaches, and testing hypotheses.

Requirements

• Experience creating content with AI tools such as MidJourney, Runway, CapCut, ChatGPT, or similar.
• Experience growing or managing social media accounts that achieved traction.
• Ability to automate or streamline repetitive content-production processes.
• Knowledge of TikTok and Instagram formats, trends, hooks, pacing, and viral content.
• Ability to track performance, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to meet daily content-output targets.
• Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and in an organized manner.
