Strategic Project & Capex Management: Lead facilities enhancement initiatives, manage end-to-end tendering processes, and build business cases for Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI).
Vendor & Service Provider Management: Oversee key facilities contractors and service partners, including Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), and CCTV vendors.
Operational Workshop Leadership: Direct day-to-day operations and maintenance workflows within the Facilities Maintenance workshop.
Regulatory Compliance & Audit Readiness: Ensure 100% compliance with local statutory requirements (e.g., BCA, PUB, SCDF) by directing timely building inspections, renewals, and certifications.
Technical Advisory: Serve as the subject matter expert, delivering technical insights and strategic facilities guidance to the senior executive team.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Building-related studies
- Fire Safety Manager Certification is advantageous
- Green Mark or Sustainability-related Certifications is advantageous
- At least 8 years of experience and proven track record in successfully leading and managing similar facilities and services in the MICE, Hospitality or Logistics Business
