Facilities Manager ( Prestige FM Organization )

Descriptions

Plan and supervise all maintenance services, schedules and improvement works. Oversee and lead the team of managers, engineers, technical officers, supervisors and technicians in facilities management for the premises and buildings. To establish good working relationships with the clients and to develop trust and confidence in our services.

Ensure the team and external contractors/vendors comply with ISO standards and regulations.

Coordinate and direct all administration of M&E works by liaising closely with consultants and client.

Monitor buildings system breakdown, defects and shutdowns. Attend to all cases promptly , to rectify them with minimal inconvenience or disruption caused.

Conduct and inspect to ensure the property is well maintained. Responsible for the delivery and performance of IFM.

Prepare monthly reports for the management.

Requirements

Minimum 3 to 4 years of Singapore experience in related Facility Management or equivalent.

Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management /Engineering, with focus on business, technical (Engineering/ M&E)or management areas. Prior Supervisory or Managerial experience will be required.

Strong building or M&E knowledge with hands-on experience will be preferred.

Candidates who have more years of relevant facilities maintenance experience will be considered for senior position.
