Facilities Manager
- Manage Facilities Management operations and activities
- Assist with Facilities Management and Fire Safety Related issues
- Conduct checks on building repairs and rectify defects and perform scheduled preventive maintenance
- Liaise and manage on site contractors, security, pest control etc.
- Attend to defects and faults reported on site, conduct investigation and determine cause of defect.
- Liaise with contractors and 3rd party maintenance teams on schedule preventive maintenance.
- Fire Safety certificate is an advantage
