Job Description

Reporting To The COO And CEO, The Factory GM Is Going To Be Responsible For Leading The Plant Operations On A Day-to-day Basis. This Role Is Going To Have Full Capacity In Managing And Coordinating All Support Functions Within The Plant As Well As Ensuring Compliance With Company Policies.

Requirement

• Minimum 20 years of experience in plant management, especially exposure in f&b productions
• Mush have a strong entrepreneurial mindset with good hands-on traits
• Must be willing to be based in the Eastern Indonesia
• Possess outstanding plant management and leadership skills
• Mush be someone who has good written and communication in the English
