Fashion Design & Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Fashion Design & Marketing Manager to lead the creative and marketing functions of our tailoring business.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Indian fashion, traditional and contemporary Indian garments, fabrics, colour combinations, styling and current fashion trends. The role will involve working closely with customers and the tailoring team to develop customised designs while also building and promoting the company's brand through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop traditional and contemporary Indian outfits based on customer requirements and current fashion trends.

• Provide professional advice on garment designs, fabrics, colours, embellishments and styling.

• Work closely with tailors to translate designs and customer requirements into finished garments.

• Develop new designs and concepts for festive seasons, weddings and special occasions.

• Plan and execute the company's marketing and branding strategy.

• Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media and other online platforms.

• Create and manage digital content, promotional materials and online advertisements using relevant IT and design tools.

• Use digital platforms and technology to improve customer engagement, generate leads and increase sales.

• Monitor marketing performance and customer trends and develop strategies to grow the business.

• Maintain the company's online presence and ensure consistent branding across digital channels.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification or experience in fashion design, marketing, digital media or a related field.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of Indian fashion, garments, fabrics and styling.

• Experience in fashion design and customer consultation.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media and IT-based marketing tools.

• Ability to create and manage online marketing content and campaigns.

• Good communication, customer service and organisational skills.

• Ability to combine creativity with commercial and marketing objectives.
