Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional fashion consultation and styling advice to customers.
- Understand customers’ requirements and recommend suitable custom-tailored garments.
- Handle measurements, fabric selection, design details and tailoring specifications.
- Follow up with customers from consultation to fitting and collection.
- Build strong customer relationships and achieve individual sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Relevant experience in fashion retail, sales, custom tailoring or made-to-measure services preferred.
- Strong interest and understanding of fashion, garments, fabrics and styling.
- Confident in customer-facing sales and able to provide personalised recommendations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Sales-driven, well-presented and able to work towards individual and team sales targets.
