FCP Onboarding Specialist (Business Onboarding)

Join Lunar's Welcoming team in Stockholm to onboard new business customers across the Nordics. The role combines compliance, customer communication, application assessment, risk identification, and progression toward broader case management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the approval and onboarding process for new business customers
• Contact customers by text and phone to gather required information
• Collaborate with teammates and the team lead on complex cases and priorities
• Apply KYC principles and compliance requirements to assess applications
• Flag risks early
• Develop expertise toward full case management

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken
• Experience with KYC, OSINT, banking, lending, or law enforcement, or motivation to develop in this direction
• Customer interaction experience across multiple channels
• Professional and calm communication
• Performance-oriented approach
