Job Description:
Job responsibilities:
- Manage and complete full-fledge home-fiber installation.
- Solve customer problems by offering product solutions and giving them the best product experience.
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell products to customers.
- Meet performance KPI and sales value that has been assigned.
- Coordinate complex and multi-parties service delivery beyond fibre (WiFi solutioning, & Smart Home).
Job requirements:
- Diploma/Degree holder.
- Prior sales background preferred.
- SPM qualification with solid sales experience considered.
- Must be willing to work outdoors.
- Own transport required.
- Fluent in English.
