Field Sales Executive - APAC (FMCG Industry)
Join Unlimit's high-intensity lead generation initiative for merchant acquisition. The role is field-based and focused on developing referral partnerships, generating new business, representing the company within an assigned territory, and promoting acquiring and banking solutions. Candidates should have an FMCG background and solid field sales experience; prior fintech or payments experience is not required.
Responsibilities
- Secure signed referral agreements with agents and partners.
- Build a referral pipeline of newly incorporated companies through monthly acquisition goals.
- Maintain face-to-face engagement with agents and referral partners.
- Increase awareness and adoption of acquiring and banking solutions.
- Achieve acquisition and referral activation KPIs.
- Identify, engage, and onboard referral partners.
- Negotiate and close referral agreements.
- Build long-term partner relationships.
- Present acquiring and banking solutions to partners and merchants.
- Drive merchant acquisition through referrals and direct business development.
- Collect market feedback and partner insights.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Track acquisition, activation, and conversion targets.
- Engage partners to sustain referral flow and activation rates.
Requirements
- Previous experience in field sales.
- Proven success in high-volume customer acquisition or lead generation.
- Experience with brokers, agents, distributors, referral networks, or channel partners is advantageous.
- Ability to build trust and develop business relationships quickly.
- High resilience, self-motivation, and comfort in target-driven environments.
- Ability to manage multiple partner relationships with attention to detail.
- Comfort following structured sales processes and outreach strategies.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- FMCG background with solid field sales experience.
