Field Sales Executive – Schools & Educational Products

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Salary: AED 3,000–4,000 + Commission

Employment: Full-time

Kids & Teachers Publishing & Distribution is expanding its sales team and is looking for a Field Sales Executive to develop new business and manage relationships with schools, nurseries, bookstores, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit schools, nurseries, bookstores, and customers across the UAE.
• Generate new sales and develop customer relationships.
• Present our books, curricula, and educational products.
• Take orders, prepare quotations, and follow up on leads.
• Attend school book fairs and product demonstrations.
• Maintain customer records and achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Valid UAE residency visa.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Previous outdoor/field sales experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and AI tools.
• Arabic speaking is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven, organized, professional, and comfortable working independently.
• Willing to travel for regular customer visits.

What We Offer

Skills

Previous outdoor/field sales experience.

Fluent in English.

Basic knowledge of Excel and AI tools.

Arabic speaking is a plus.
