Job Description
- Make plan and organize the Accounting teams and All sections to achieve monthly and yearly closing deadline (5th Working days Prepare the Final Financial Statements)
- Responsible to strengthen accounting Entry accuracy, Strengthen accounting reporting refer to Indonesia Accounting Standard (IAS) and International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS)
- Responsible to prepare the monthly reports to HT Japan, Quarterly Report to HT Japan and HM and monthly Management report
- Cash Flow Management
- Credit Management (Credit Limit Management
- Exchange Risk Management
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience (with minimum 5 years) in finance, accounting, and tax roles, with a focus on managerial responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
- Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.
