Finance Administration Analyst
- Prepare and manage payment proposals
for suppliers and other company obligations;
- Verify the completeness and accuracy
of payment documentation;
- Ensure that purchase orders,
invoices and payments have followed the appropriate approval process;
- Coordinate payment schedules and
deadlines with the Treasury team;
- Reconcile payment transactions and
investigate any discrepancies;
- Manage relationships with internal and
external stakeholders regarding payment status and administrative matters;
- Associate purchase invoices
with orders and verify their approval;
- Support accounting activities
related to accounts payable and bank transactions;
- Assist with month-end and year-end
closing activities;
- Contribute to the improvement
and automation of payment and administrative processes.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience
in procurement, finance or accounting roles;
- Diploma in Accounting and/or
Degree in Accounting or Finance subjects;
- Good knowledge of the English
Language (especially written);
- Very good communication
skills;
- Aptitude for problem solving
and ability to work in a team.
