Job Description
- Support the FP&A cycle: budget, forecast, ad hoc analyses, and monthly closings, under the guidance of leadership.
- Contribute to the consolidation of revenues and costs for business units, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of information.
- Prepare variance analyses (actual vs. forecast vs. budget), identifying movements and trends.
- Prepare performance materials and support the creation of executive commentary for leadership and stakeholders.
- Support decision-making with structured financial analyses, modeling, and scenarios.
- Interact with business areas, contributing to the alignment and understanding of financial information.
- Work on different topics simultaneously, maintaining organization, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and performance dashboards.
Technical Requirements
- Experience in FP&A, controlling, or financial planning.
- Strong ability in revenue analysis, information consolidation, and financial storytelling.
- Advanced Excel; knowledge of Power BI, Oracle Hyperion, Tableau, or similar tools is desirable.
- Intermediate English (reading and writing; speaking is desirable).
- Strong analytical skills, numerical precision, and organization.
