Job Description:
- IPO Prep: Collaborate with FAT teams to prepare financial documents for the IPO process.
- Analyze finances to set offering prices and optimize capital.
- Ensure compliance with all securities regulations and stock exchange requirements.
- Coordinate due diligence efforts to provide accurate information to potential investors.
- Assist in creating presentations and communication materials for investors.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on IPOs.
- Strong understanding of securities regulations and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proven track record in executing IPO transactions.
- Possess strong connections with private and regional banking institutions.
