Finance and Accounting Manager

Job Descriptions:
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings at the entity level in accordance with SFRS(I) and IFRS.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements encompassing the holding company and overseas shipyard subsidiaries.
- Prepare complete sets of financial statement (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and Statement of Changes in Equity) and supporting financial reports.
- Assist in exercising shareholder rights regarding overseas subsidiaries, including administrative support for Board of Directors Meetings and General Meetings of Shareholders.
- Oversee filings, payments, and compliance for Singapore Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Goods and Service Tax (GST), and Withholding Tax (WHT).
- Maintain optimal liquidity and cash flow levels to ensure stable business operations across the organization.
- Oversee and deliver shared service functions (e.g., accounting, payroll processing, and administration) provided to group entities.
- Lead and coordinate external audit processes (both standalone and consolidated) and serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Cost Accounting and/or Financial Accounting.
- Experience in holding companies, shipbuilding, or shipping industries is highly preferred.
- Fluency in Korean and Business English (both written and speaking) in order to communicate efficiently with the Korean HQ.
