Able to complete month-end closing independently and meet firm deadlines.
Strong reconciliation, documentation and problem-solving skills.
Careful, organised and attentive to detail.
Able to communicate clearly with finance colleagues, operational teams and non-finance stakeholders.
Proactive in identifying issues, strengthening controls and improving work processes.

Payroll, CPF, levy and statutory work are accurate, properly supported and completed on time.
GST figures are fully reconciled to QuickBooks before submission.
Vendor bills have complete supporting documents and use approved accounting categories.
Intercompany balances are agreed and reconciled monthly.
Management receives clear and timely reports for each business division.
Missing information and potential compliance issues are escalated promptly.
