Finance Associate (Group Accounting & Operations)

Own day-to-day accounting operations across multiple legal entities, including month-end closings, consolidation inputs, AR and AP processes, reconciliations, audit and tax coordination, AI-enabled finance workflow automation, regulatory compliance, and ad hoc finance projects.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end book closing for various legal entities and produce audit-ready financial records
• Prepare and review consolidation inputs across multiple legal entities
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes and maintain bank matrix and schedules
• Perform reconciliations and maintain financial operations control points
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors across multiple jurisdictions
• Design and implement finance workflow automations using AI tools
• Support group reporting, regulatory compliance tasks, and ad hoc finance projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification completed or actively in progress preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
• Prior exposure to Big 4 auditing, financial services, digital asset businesses, or multi-entity regulated environments preferred
• Exposure to digital assets or crypto accounting is an advantage
• Demonstrated experience implementing AI tools within finance workflows
• Experience with Workday or comparable ERP systems such as Xero, NetSuite, or SAP is an advantage
• Solid grounding in multi-entity accounting, intercompany processes, and group consolidation
• Experience supporting external audit and tax compliance coordination across multiple jurisdictions is an advantage
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong written and spoken English; Cantonese or Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
