Finance Manager

Own the end-to-end financial lifecycle, including bookkeeping, trading and bank reconciliation, crypto accounting systems, Singapore payroll and tax compliance, financial reporting, audit preparation, and budgeting and runway projections.

Responsibilities

• Manage the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile exchange, custody, and bank statements.
• Select and implement technology for automated trading-data flows into financial reports.
• Execute monthly payroll and manage CPF contributions.
• Handle annual IR8A reporting.
• Lead annual corporate tax filing and apply IRAS treatment of Digital Payment Tokens.
• Support MAS licensing or reporting requirements.
• Deliver monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
• Prepare audit schedules and crypto-asset valuation memoranda.
• Act as the auditor point of contact.
• Maintain runway and burn-rate projections.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CA Singapore, CPA, or ACCA qualification.
• 6+ years of accounting or finance experience.
• 1–2 years in a crypto-native environment.
• Understanding of DeFi primitives.
• Understanding of wallet architecture.
